Scrambled Egg Avocado Arepa — High-Protein Breakfast
A Breakfast That Actually Fills Everyone Up
Some mornings you need something warm, real, and ready in minutes. This scrambled eggs and avocado arepa is one of the simplest breakfasts you can make — and one of the most satisfying.
Start with a warm Zavor arepa fresh from the toaster. Add fluffy scrambled eggs and a few slices of ripe avocado. Naturally gluten-free, no preservatives, and on the table before anyone finishes getting ready.
What You Need
1 or 2 Zavor Colombian arepa/s
2 eggs, scrambled
½ avocado, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: red pepper flakes or a drizzle of hot sauce
How to Make It
Toast your Zavor arepa/s on high until warm and lightly golden — no thawing needed.
While the arepa toasts, scramble your eggs over medium heat until just set.
Place the arepa on a plate. Top with scrambled eggs and avocado slices.
Season with salt, pepper, and any extras your family loves.
Serve warm.
Why This Works for Busy Mornings
The arepa toasts while the eggs cook. Everything is ready at the same time in under 10 minutes. The arepa holds up well as a base — it doesn't get soggy, stays warm, and fills everyone up without the crash that comes from processed breakfast foods.
