An arepa is a traditional Colombian staple made from pre-cooked corn flour, water, cheese, real butter, and salt dough. It is naturally gluten-free, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and completely versatile. You can split it and stuff it, or simply top it with anything you want. It's the comforting heart of a Colombian breakfast.

We have made it incredibly simple. Take them straight from the freezer and pop them into your toaster on a high setting until it pops. Repeat the process once or two times as needed. They will come out perfectly golden, warm, and ready to enjoy. No thawing required.

No toaster? No worries. They can also be heated in the airfryer,  350-400°F for 5-10 minutes.

Absolutely. Our arepas are produced in a 100% dedicated gluten-free kitchen right here in the Lehigh Valley. No wheat or gluten-containing ingredients ever cross our threshold, ensuring a completely safe, worry-free breakfast for your family.

To protect the integrity of the arepa, it is not recommended to microwave. However, if microwave is your only option, it can be microwaved for 1 to 2 minutes.

Warning: The arepa might become chewy if left for too long in the microwave.

Since we use zero preservatives and they contain dairy, arepas are meant to be kept frozen. They will stay fresh and delicious in your freezer for several months. If you move them to the fridge, please enjoy them within 5 to 7 days.

Yes! In fact, we deliver them frozen specifically so you can keep them in your freezer. Just pull out exactly what you need each morning and toast them directly from frozen.

Every bundle includes 1 lb of Colombian Supremo coffee, sourced directly from Colombian farms and roasted locally in the Lehigh Valley. We grind it fresh just before delivery so it arrives at peak flavor. We add a subtle hint of cacao for extra richness—that is the Zavor Colombian touch.

Each month, you will receive your arepas and freshly ground coffee delivered to your door. Delivery will be scheduled for once a month on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th Wednesday of the month, depending on the date you first subscribed. Subscriptions must be active by Sunday at 5PM ET to be included in that week's Wednesday delivery.

There is no minimum. Delivery is always included in your price, no thresholds, no surprises.
