
Sambal Green Beans Tofu Arepa — Gluten-Free Vegan Dinner

What You Need
- 2 Zavor & Co gluten-free arepas
- 1 block (14 oz) firm tofu, cubed
- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 3 tbsp sambal oelek
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
How to Make It
- Pan-fry the tofu in a dry nonstick pan until golden all over, 8 minutes; set aside.
- Blister the green beans in the hot pan, 4 minutes.
- Return the tofu, add the sambal and honey with 1 tbsp water, and toss until glossy, 2 minutes.
- Warm the arepas in the toaster on high, 2-3 cycles.
- Spoon the tofu and beans over each arepa and scatter with sesame.
