What You Need
- 2 Zavor & Co gluten-free arepas
- 3 oz sliced corned beef
- 1 oz Swiss cheese, sliced
- 3 tbsp sauerkraut, squeezed very dry
- 2 tbsp Russian dressing (or gluten-free Thousand Island)
How to Make It
- Warm the corned beef in a pan, 2 minutes.
- Warm the arepas in the toaster on high, 2-3 cycles.
- Spread Russian dressing on one arepa.
- Layer the corned beef, Swiss and well-drained sauerkraut.
- Close and press in a dry pan until the cheese melts, 3-4 minutes; wrap in paper — squeeze the kraut hard so it doesn't leak.
