What You Need

How to Make It
- Melt the butter with the garlic in a hot pan, 1 minute.
- Add the shrimp and piri-piri sauce; cook, tossing, until the shrimp are pink and curled, 4 minutes.
- Warm the arepas in the toaster on high, 2-3 cycles.
- Spoon the shrimp and pan sauce over each.
- Finish with parsley and a squeeze of lemon.
