
Philly Chicken Arepa Sandwich — Pressed Handheld Lunch

What You Need
- 2 Zavor & Co gluten-free arepas
- 8 oz chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 1/2 bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 2 oz provolone cheese, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
How to Make It
- Sauté the pepper and onion in the olive oil until soft and lightly charred, 6 minutes; set aside.
- Cook the chicken in the same pan until browned and cooked through, 5 minutes.
- Warm the arepas in the toaster on high, 2-3 cycles.
- Pile the chicken, peppers and onions on one arepa and top with provolone.
- Close with the second arepa and press in the pan until the cheese melts; wrap in paper.
