
Palak Paneer Arepa — Gluten-Free Indian Dinner

What You Need
- 2 Zavor & Co gluten-free arepas
- 4 oz paneer, cubed
- 4 cups fresh spinach (or 1 cup frozen, thawed)
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tbsp plain yogurt
How to Make It
- Wilt the spinach in a dry pan over medium heat, then chop finely (or use thawed frozen).
- Return the spinach to the pan with the garam masala, cumin and a pinch of salt, and stir in the yogurt.
- Add the paneer cubes and warm through, 3 minutes.
- Heat the arepas in the toaster on high, 2-3 cycles.
- Spoon the palak paneer over each warm arepa.
