
Palak Chana Arepa — Vegetarian Gluten-Free Indian Dinner

What You Need
- 2 Zavor & Co gluten-free arepas
- 1.5 cups canned chickpeas, drained

- 2 tbsp yogurt
How to Make It
- Wilt the spinach in a dry pan, then chop finely (or use thawed frozen).
- Return to the pan with the garam masala, cumin and a pinch of salt; stir in the yogurt.
- Add the chickpeas and simmer until coated and hot, 5 minutes.
- Warm the arepas in the toaster on high, 2-3 cycles.
- Spoon the palak chana over each arepa.
