
Pad Krapow Chicken Arepa — Gluten-Free Thai Dinner

What You Need
- 2 Zavor & Co gluten-free arepas
- 10 oz ground chicken
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 red chili, sliced (optional)
- 2 tbsp tamari
- 1 cup Thai or regular basil leaves
How to Make It
- Cook the garlic and chili in a hot pan with a little oil, 30 seconds.
- Add the ground chicken and cook, breaking it up, until browned, 6-7 minutes.
- Stir in the tamari and cook 1 minute more.
- Off the heat, fold in the basil until just wilted.
- Warm the arepas in the toaster on high, 2-3 cycles, and spoon the chicken over each.
