About This Recipe
Miso is Japan's ancient fermented soybean paste — savory, slightly sweet, deeply umami. When glazed onto salmon and laid over a warm Colombian arepa, two very different food cultures find common ground: mild, comforting, and deeply satisfying.
Keep Your Freezer Stocked for Busy Days
These recipes work because the hard part — the arepa — is already done. Zavor & Co delivers handmade gluten-free Colombian arepas straight to your door. Heat from frozen in minutes.
