What You Need

- 4 cooked meatballs (GF), halved
- 1/3 cup marinara sauce
- 1 oz provolone cheese, sliced
- 1 tbsp grated parmesan
How to Make It
- Warm the meatballs in the marinara sauce in a small pan, 5 minutes.
- Warm the arepas in the toaster on high, 2-3 cycles.
- Pile the meatballs and a light coat of sauce on one arepa and top with provolone.
- Close with the second arepa and warm in a dry pan, pressing gently, until the cheese melts.
- Wrap in paper; keep the sauce light so it doesn't drip.
