
Gyudon Beef Arepa — Gluten-Free Japanese Dinner

What You Need
- 2 Zavor & Co gluten-free arepas
- 8 oz thinly sliced beef
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp tamari
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp grated ginger
How to Make It
- Simmer the onion in 1/4 cup water until soft, 5 minutes.
- Add the beef, tamari, mirin and ginger, and simmer until the beef is cooked and the sauce thickens slightly, 6-7 minutes.
- Warm the arepas in the toaster on high, 2-3 cycles.
- Spoon the beef and onion over each arepa.
- Top with a few scallions if you have them.
