What You Need

How to Make It
- Pat the tofu dry and pan-fry in a dry nonstick pan over medium-high until golden, 8 minutes.
- Stir the gochujang and honey with 2 tbsp water, pour over the tofu, and toss until sticky, 2 minutes.
- Toss the cucumber with the rice vinegar and a pinch of salt for a quick kimchi-style pickle.
- Warm the arepas in the toaster on high, 2-3 cycles.
- Spoon the tofu over each arepa and top with the cucumber.
