What You Need

- 1 tomato, diced
How to Make It
- Warm the fava beans with a splash of water over medium heat, mashing about half, 5 minutes.
- Stir in the cumin, lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
- Warm the arepas in the toaster on high, 2-3 cycles.
- Spoon the ful over each arepa.
- Top with diced tomato and a generous drizzle of olive oil.
