What You Need

- 1/3 cup labneh
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp dukkah
- 1 tsp olive oil

How to Make It
- Soft-boil or fry the eggs to your liking.
- Warm the arepas in the toaster on high, 2-3 cycles.
- Spread the labneh over each arepa.
- Set the eggs on top and break them open.
- Sprinkle generously with dukkah and drizzle with olive oil.
