
Cubano Arepa Sandwich — Pressed Lunch for the Car

What You Need
- 2 Zavor & Co gluten-free arepas
- 3 oz cooked roast pork, sliced
- 2 slices ham
- 1 oz Swiss cheese, sliced
- 4 dill pickle slices
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
How to Make It
- Warm the arepas in the toaster on high, 2-3 cycles.
- Spread mustard on one arepa.
- Layer the pork, ham, Swiss and pickles on top.
- Close with the second arepa and press firmly, in a pan if you have one, until the cheese melts slightly.
- Wrap in paper; it's built to be pressed and eaten one-handed.
