- 3 tbsp sour cream
How to Make It
- Soften the onion in a splash of oil, 4 minutes.
- Stir in the paprika, then the chicken and broth; simmer until the chicken is tender, 12 minutes.
- Off the heat, stir in the sour cream (do not boil).
- Warm the arepas in the toaster on high, 2-3 cycles.
- Spoon the paprikash over each arepa.
