What You Need
- 2 Zavor & Co gluten-free arepas
- 6 cooked pork meatballs (gluten-free), halved
- 1/2 cup pickled carrot and daikon, well drained
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- A few cilantro sprigs
- Thin cucumber spears
How to Make It
- Warm the meatballs through.
- Warm the arepas in the toaster on high, 2-3 cycles.
- Spread mayo on one arepa.
- Add the meatballs, drained pickled vegetables, cucumber and cilantro.
- Close, press firmly, wrap in paper so nothing escapes.
