What You Need

How to Make It
- Warm the aji amarillo paste in a pan for 1 minute, then stir in the milk to make a smooth golden sauce.
- Add the shredded chicken and simmer until coated and hot, 6 minutes.
- Warm the arepas in the toaster on high, 2-3 cycles.
- Spoon the chicken over each arepa.
- Top with red onion and cilantro.
