A Taste of Vietnam
Lemongrass is the heart of Vietnamese cooking — fragrant, citrusy, and unmistakably fresh. Combined with nuoc cham's sweet-sour-salty balance, this is one of the lightest and most refreshing toppings in the entire 365 series.
