What You Need

- 2 cups diced pre-cooked potato
- 4 oz hot-smoked salmon, flaked
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp chopped dill
- Black pepper
How to Make It
- Fry the diced potato in the butter over medium-high heat until crisp and golden, 10 minutes.
- Fold in the flaked hot-smoked salmon and warm through.
- Off the heat, stir in most of the dill.
- Warm the arepas in the toaster on high, 2-3 cycles.
- Pile the hash over each and finish with the rest of the dill and black pepper.
