
Ploughman's Arepa Sandwich — British Pub Packed Lunch

What You Need
- 2 Zavor & Co gluten-free arepas
- 2 slices ham
- 1.5 oz sharp cheddar, sliced
- 2 tbsp tangy pickle relish (or chutney)
- A few lettuce leaves
How to Make It
- Warm the arepas in the toaster on high, 2-3 cycles.
- Spread pickle relish on one arepa.
- Layer the ham, cheddar and lettuce on top.
- Close with the second arepa and press gently.
- Wrap in paper; the relish binds it and it's good at room temperature.
