Kid-friendly: a 10-year-old can make this one alone — no stove.

What You Need

  • 2 Zavor & Co gluten-free arepas
  • 1/3 cup pimento cheese
  • 2 celery stalks, cut into short sticks

How to Make It

  1. Warm the arepas in the toaster on high, 2-3 cycles, then let cool for a minute.
  2. Spread the pimento cheese over each arepa.
  3. Arrange the celery sticks on top.
  4. Eat right away.

About This Recipe

Pimento cheese — sharp cheddar, mayo and diced pimento peppers, mashed together — is called the 'caviar of the South.' It's a no-cook spread, and crunchy celery is its traditional partner.
