
Arepa with Korean Bulgogi — Bold BBQ Beef on a Colombian Arepa

Ingredients
2 Zavor & Co gluten-free arepas
½ lb thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin
3 tbsp gluten-free tamari sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp fresh ginger
Sliced green onions and sesame seeds to garnish
How to Make It
Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger into a marinade.
Marinate beef for at least 20 minutes.
Cook beef in a hot skillet 2–3 minutes until caramelized and golden.
Layer on a warm arepa.
Top with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
