2 chicken thighs
3 garlic cloves, minced
¼ cup orange juice
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
Salt and pepper
Fresh cilantro to garnish
How to Make It
Mix garlic, orange juice, lime juice, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper into a marinade.

Slice and place on a warm arepa.
Top with fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lime.
A Taste of Cuba
Mojo is Cuba's signature citrus-garlic sauce — bright, garlicky, and perfect against the mild sweetness of a Colombian arepa. Two island cultures, one plate.
