  • 2 Zavor & Co gluten-free arepas
  • 1 ball burrata
  • 3/4 cup corn kernels
  • 4 basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp chili oil
  • Salt

How to Make It

  1. Char the corn in a dry hot pan until spotted brown, 4 minutes.
  2. Warm the arepas in the toaster on high, 2-3 cycles.
  3. Tear the burrata over each arepa.
  4. Scatter with charred corn and torn basil.
  5. Drizzle with chili oil and a pinch of salt.
