September 02, 2026

Category: Brunch  |  Ready in 15 minutes  |  Serves 1 adult or 2 kids  |  Naturally gluten-free

What You Need

  • 2 Zavor & Co gluten-free arepas
  • 4 oz block feta
  • 1 cup red grapes
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • Olive oil

How to Make It

  1. Heat the oven to 400F. Put the feta and grapes in a small dish, drizzle with olive oil, and bake until the feta softens and the grapes blister, 12-14 minutes.
  2. Warm the arepas in the toaster on high, 2-3 cycles.
  3. Spoon the softened feta and grapes over each arepa.
  4. Drizzle with honey and scatter with walnuts.

About This Recipe

Baked feta with honey — 'feta psiti' — is a Greek meze that's become a global obsession. Adding roasted grapes and walnut turns it into a cheese course you can call brunch.
