How to Make It

  1. Bake the camembert in its box or a small dish at 350F until molten, 12-15 minutes.
  2. Warm the arepas in the toaster on high, 2-3 cycles.
  3. Spoon the melted camembert over each arepa.
  4. Drizzle with honey.
  5. Scatter with walnuts and rosemary.

About This Recipe

Baking a whole round of camembert until it's a molten pool is a French bistro trick, usually served with bread for dipping. Honey, walnut and rosemary make it a brunch worth gathering around.
